Users of Nexus Tools may request deletion of their account and associated data at any time.
How to request account deletion
To delete your Nexus Tools account:
Recommended: visit the Nexus app → click on profile → Scroll down till end, will appear delete account option
- Send an email to nexusapp49@gmail.com
- Use the subject line: Delete My Account
- Send the request from the email linked to your Nexus Tools account
Our team will verify and process your request.
Data that will be deleted
When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:
- Account information (email and authentication data)
- Saved tools, preferences, and app settings
- Any synced or stored user data associated with the account
Data retention
Some minimal data may be retained for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes.
This data is retained for up to 30 days and then permanently deleted.
Processing time
Account deletion requests are completed within 7–14 business days.
A confirmation email will be sent once deletion is complete.
